Why do you need a professional email delivery server? 

Email delivery services like Pepipost guarantee a high delivery rate of your emails from SchoolTime into the recipients Inbox. If you are not using such delivery servers, it is most likely that your emails will land in your recipients SPAM box and will never be read. 


How to Activate Pepipost in SchoolTime?


  1. Login to SchoolTime as an Admin
  2. Navigate to the Communication -> Settings.
  3. Click on Pepipost to expand it, you will see the configuration settings similar to this below image.

  1. Enter the Sending Name - Could be your Institution Name or a Person Name.
  2. Enter the Sender Email - This should be the same email with which you have signed up with Pepipost. Pre-requisite: You should have the sending domain already verified in Pepipost. Learn how to verify sending domain.
  3. Copy paste the API Key from Pepipost into SchoolTime.
  4. Check "Activate this Email Module"
  5. Save this settings.

Login to your Pepipost account, navigate to Settings and voila. Refer the below Pepipost Screenshot for reference.

All emails from your SchoolTime will now be automatically delivered to the recipients via Pepipost Delivery Services.
