Stripe is one of the most popular payment platforms operating in several countries. Check the list of countries supported by Stripe here. Follow these steps to activate Stripe payment gateway in SchoolTime and start collecting fee online or collecting donations online. 


  • Sign up with Stripe as a Merchant. Click here.
  • Complete all the documentation formalities with Stripe, takes approx 5 to 7 days. 
  • Login to your Stripe Merchant Account.
  • Navigate to Your Account -> Account Settings from top bar (Refer Image Below).



  • Click API Keys Tab to Collect following 2 information to paste in SchoolTime (Refer Image below)
    • Secret Key
    • Publishable Key



  • Paste these 2 keys in your SchoolTime, Click Sandbox Flag to False, click the checkbox and Save the Settings. (Refer Image below)




Your institution is now ready to collect fees and donations online. Students, Parents and Donors will be able to make the payments from their respective logins.
