PayUMoney is one of the very popular payment platforms in India. Follow these steps to activate PayUMoney payment gateway in SchoolTime and start collecting fee online or start collecting donations online. 


  • Sign up with PayUMoney as a Merchant. Click here.
  • Complete all the documentation formalities with PayUMoney, takes approx 3 to 5 days. 
  • Login to your PayUMoney Merchant Account.
  • Navigate to Manage Account -> My Account and collect following 2 information to paste in SchoolTime (Refer Image below)
    • Merchant Key
    • Merchant Salt


  • Paste the Merchant Key and Merchant Salt in SchoolTime as shown in the image below. 



  • Keep the website url as it is, and click both the Checkboxes. 
  • Click the Save button. 


Your institution is now ready to collect fees online. Students and Parents will be able to make the fee payments from their respective logins.
