Paytm is one of the very popular payment platforms in India. Follow these steps to activate Paytm payment gateway in SchoolTime and start collecting fee online or start collecting donations online.
- Sign up with Paytm as a Merchant. Click here.
- Complete all the authentication formalities with Paytm, takes approx 5 to 7 days.
- Paytm will provide you with the Merchant ID, which you will paste in SchoolTime (Check Screenshot below)
- Keep the website url field as school-time.co
- Login to your Paytm Merchant portal and navigate to Settings-> Merchant Profile to find the Merchant Key, which you paste in SchoolTime. Refer the Screenshot.
- Keep Channel ID as Web and Industry Type Id as Retail
- Click both the checkbox and Save.
Your institution is now ready to collect fees online. Students and Parents will be able to make the fee payments from their respective logins.
